Residential Letting with Management (Managed Landlords)
Letting Fee: 60% of a month’s rent (inc. VAT)
Management Fee: 12% of the rent collected (inc. VAT)
Residential Letting without Management (Let only Landlords)
Letting fee: 90% of one month’s rent (inc. VAT)
Tenant Validation (including referencing): £240 (inc. VAT)
Residential Letting with Rent Collection (Rent Collect)
Letting Fee: 60% of a month’s rent (inc. VAT)
Rent Collection: 8.4% of monthly rent collected (inc. VAT)
End of tenancy (Let only/Rent Collection)
Check-out & handling of end of tenancy works: £360.00 (inc. VAT)
