An approx 7.35 acre field located immediately to the rear of no’s 151 to 213 Whitecross on the B4017 Abingdon to Wootton Road.
The land extends to approximately 7.35 acres (2.97 hectares) and is generally a level single grassed field. The boundaries are approximately as shown on the ordnance survey plan shown.
The access to the field is along a track to the side of 181 Whitecross and is shaded in brown on the Identification Plan. The track is in the ownership of 181 Whitecross but the land will be sold with a full right of access for agricultural and equestrian purposes only and with the right for the Buyer to install underground mains water and electricity should the Buyer wish to do so. At the north end of the access track is a small area of unregistered land shaded blue which is actually a culverted stream/ditch. The land owners have acquired prescriptive rights of access over the unregistered land but a Buyer may wish to take out an Indemnity Policy to reinforce the access position .
