Thomas Merrifield is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and many of our Directors and agents are also members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) via Propertymark.

The Property Ombudsman (TPOS)

Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP)

Under the Client Money Protection Scheme for Property Agents Regulations 2018 agents are required to belong to an approved scheme. We are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Client Money Protection Scheme which provides protection for landlord, tenant and other client funds.
