We gather this information to allow us to provide the services requested and any other services you may have asked us to provide in the future. The relevant information is then used by us to communicate with you on any matter relating to the conduct of your instructions in general. All information held by Thomas Merrifield and provided to our relevant contractors is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) at present and we will inform you as soon as we become aware that this changes.

Printed/hard copy information and files
Where we have paper files, these are kept securely, and the information contained therein is held in accordance with the lawful basis upon which we are required to retain the information and for the period detailed above.
