Will stamp duty be reformed in the budget

There’s been much discussion in the press about stamp duty reform and will or won’t the government make any changes in the upcoming budget. There’s no doubt that the tax can a barrier to some people moving especially in more expensive areas and changing stamp duty thresholds now could see a boost to the market.
